This heirloom is said to be grown for years by the late Erris Wenk, a large truck farmer from Albuquerque, NM. The 3" long tapered to a point, extremely hot peppers ripen from yellow to orange and then bright red when mature. Excellent pickled, used in salsas, etc. Mid-to-late season.
