A cook's favorite. When traveling in the Mexican states of Oaxaca and Chiapas, I have seen mountains of dried Guajillos in the markets. This pepper is used extensively in local cooking. Peppers grow up to 8" long by 2" wide and ripen to a nice Colorado red. Used most often in its dried for andnoted more for its flavor than heat. This is one of the must have peppers.
