This is the classic yellow-green Italian frying pepper. I've been growing this pepper for decades; it has long 6" fruit with thinner walls and more of a waxy flesh. Superb when cut length ways and fried in olive oil or makes a sweet and crisp addition to salads. Early-to-mid season.
