Sometimes called Husk Tomatoes, these 1/2 to 3/4 inch fruits are enclosed in a papery husk. When ripe fruit is yellow and husks turn light brown, fruits are sweet and flavorful and to be enjoyed fresh or cooked in deserts, preserves and sauces.
