This select strain of red brandywine comes from Chester County Pennsylvania, U.S.A. where it said to have originated from in 1885. Produces 1/2 lb or larger round smooth red fruit that are juicy and loaded with "Brandywine" tomato flavor. This is a different strain than regular 'Brandywine Red', which is a much larger ribbed tomato. This foliage is regular tomato leaf, NOT potato leaf. A wonderful tomato! Indeterminate. Mid season.
